By commissioning me, you hereby agree to my terms of service and conditions. If you are not the commissioner/buyer or the owner of the character(s), you may NOT use, copy, redistribute, steal, trace, or claim the commissioned art as yours! The work I do is exclusively for the buyer and it is NOT free to use. The buyer will use my works for personal use ONLY, unless stated otherwise.✦ PAYMENT ✦

I accept direct bank to bank payment. I will provide you all the details needed to make a transfer and your payment should arrive to my acc after 1-2 work days. Also if you are Polish you can pay PLN equivalent of EUR via BLIK!PAYPAL

I require your PayPal email to send you an invoice. When sending a payment, make sure to pay for "Goods and Services" and select the "No shipping / No Adress needed" category since the commissions are digital goods only!• Full payment must be sent and received before I begin any commission.
• A full refund is possible before a commission is started.
• Once I start the commission, a refund will not be available.✦ REFERENCES ✦
Please attach visual references to your order. These may be either artworks, game screenshots, or set of inspiration photo references. Please keep them AI-free if that's possible. Descriptions are really appreciated as an addition to visual references. Orders that use only text descriptions or vague inspiration photos are subject to character/outfit design fee.✦ While ordering, please let me know: ✦
• if you prefer the finished artwork to be published or kept private;
• if you are OK with me posting the WIPs on my social media;
• if you prefer your name to be kept private.✦ DEADLINES ✦
• I work without strict deadlines unless discussed beforehand. [read highlighted text on top!]
• Usually it takes from a few days up to 2 months to finish your commission. Please be patient.
• If you need commission to be done by a certain date please let me know in advance.
• Rush fee of 50% is applied for commissions with deadline shorter than 1 week.~✦ COMMISSION PROCESS✦
• If the artwork is going to be printed, please include this information in your order, before the payment. Printers use different color profiles than screens and I need to keep this in mind when coloring the artwork.
• I send WIP screenshots at each stage (sketch, colors, finished picture) unless stated or agreed otherwise.
• I will do personal art and other commissions while working on your order. Please be patient and don't expect me to work exclusively on your commission.
• After the art is finished, you will receive a full-res PNG file and a smaller watermarked PNG file. You can request files of other types too (TIFF, transparent PNG without a background, etc.).✦ REVISIONS AND FIXES ✦
• Sketch phase: You may ask for unlimited and free revisions during sketch stage of the commission.
• Linearting + Flat colors phase: 2 free revisions. Each next revision costs a €5 fee.
• Rendering phase: 1 free revision. Each next revision costs a €5 fee.
• I will correct any mistakes on my side for free (example: character had 4 fingers and I drew 5 fingers).
• Please let me know about changes you wish to be implemented as soon as possible.✦ USE ✦
• Commissioned artworks are for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
• Commissioned artworks may not be used for NFT-related projects, ML training or AI prompts.
• You may not alter commissioned artwork without my permission, including adding strong filters and drawing over the artwork. Flipping the artwork, putting slight filters or desaturating them is fine.
• I keep the right to profit from the commissioned artwork like sell prints or merch with your commission, unless you disallow it. I retain the right to put the artwork in my portfolio and use it to advertise my social media or commissions unless requested otherwise.✦ COMMUNICATION ✦
