Terms of Service
BEFORE YOU ORDER
By commissioning me, you hereby agree to my terms of service and conditions. If you are not the commissioner/buyer or the owner of the character(s), you may NOT use, copy, redistribute, steal, trace, or claim the commissioned art as yours! The work I do is exclusively for the buyer and it is NOT free to use. The buyer will use my works for personal use ONLY, unless stated otherwise.✦ PAYMENT ✦
BANK TRANSFER (preferred)
If your Bank supports SEPA transactions, I accept direct bank to bank payment. Most of EU banks support SEPA so there should be no trouble with that. I will provide you all the details needed to make a transfer and your payment should arrive to my acc after 1-2 work days.
This method is most preffered for me, because it has no fees! (unlike Paypal)
Also if you are Polish you can pay PLN equivalent of EUR via BLIK!PAYPAL
I require your PayPal email to send you an invoice. When sending a payment, make sure to pay for "Goods and Services" and select the "No shipping / No Adress needed" category since the commissions are digital goods only!1. Full payment must be sent and received before I begin any commission.
2. A full refund is possible before a commission is started.
3. Once I start the commission, a refund will not be available.✦ DEADLINES ✦
1. I work without strict deadlines unless discussed beforehand.
2. Usually it takes from a few days up to 2 months to finish your commission. Please be patient.
3. If you need commission to be done by a certain date please let me know in advance.
4. Rush fee of 50% is applied for commissions with deadline shorter than 1 week.✦ COMMUNICATION ✦
1. I accept commission requests through contacts provided in Contact section below.
2. Try to keep commission details simple and to the point, reducing the amount of notes/messages and time spent communicating. You may provide photos or other drawings to show the general idea.
3. I have every right to decline a commission request if I am uncomfortable with the request, if you are pushy/rude/unpleasant, or if I determine if I am unable to draw a certain theme.~✦ ART PROCESS✦
1. INITIAL SKETCH STAGE
I will send a rough sketch of the pose, angle, expression, and/or composition for all commission types to ensure you are happy with the progress. In this stage all the fixes and changes are limitless and free of additional charge.
2. REFINING STAGE
After you accept the INITIAL SKETCH and when I already moved forward with linearting, coloring etc. major changes would require additional fee depending on the complexity of requested changes.
3. FINAL STAGE
When art is almost finished or close to be finished any major changes are not possible.✦ COPYRIGHT / USAGE ✦
1. I will give credit to the owner of the character[s] when I upload the commission to any of my online galleries.
2. As long as credit is given to me for the art itself, the commissioner may upload the art to any gallery WITH credit mentioned to me as the artist.
3. You can't claim you are the author of the artwork you ordered from me.
4. Credit me properly and link the artwork back to the site we communicated through. Proper tag would be: @zwiezda_art (twitter) and Zwiezda (furaffinity / bluesky).
5. Commissioners DO NOT have any right to resell or redistribute the commission in any way. They may however print the work out for their own personal use, NOT for profit or commercial use.
6. I have the right to use the commissioned art to promote myself and my art anywhere, publish artbooks with, display it anywhere online and print, and upload it anywhere of my choosing.
7. You can ask to be anonymous as the buyer if you wish.✦ ABOUT AI GENERATED ARTS AND NFT... ✦
